The price for the 3060 plot is 3,402,600. A down amount of 340,260 is required, along with the confirmation payment of 340 260. The remainder of 2,722,080 will be paid out in 170,130-dollar quarterly installments.
NEST City Wah Cantt 10 Marla Plot for Sale :
The cost for Nest City Wah Cantt plot is 4,635,695. An initial payment of 463 569 dollars will be required, along with confirmation of payment of 463 569. The remaining $3708,556 dollars may be paid out in 231,784 dollar quarterly instalments.
NEST City Wah Cantt 12 Marla Plot for Sale :
This is a plot of 4080 with a price tag of 6,050,265. The buyer must make 605,026 for the down payment in addition to the confirm payment in the amount of 605,026. The remaining 4,840,212 is paid in 302,513 monthly instalments.

However, buyers should bear in mind that there's 15% discount for the total amount of the plot. There is also the discount is 7% on 50% of the purchase price for the plot. The rates are being launched ahead of time so they will only be available for a brief period. There is the additional 10 percent fee for plots that are category. In the first 45 days following the booking date the confirmation payment has to be paid.
